I will pull a winner at random on Monday October 7th.

Winner will receive their choice of my favorite wood fired sculptural box or large serving bowl.

I will cover shipping cost within USA, winner is responsible for shipping if international.

Why donate

I moved to Asheville NC in 2015 to learn how to be a potter. Western North Carolina was a pottery Mecca, where I could help fire a different wood kiln every month, and where my pots had to improve a lot & quickly.

Many of the kilns and studios I worked and learned at are wholly or partially destroyed by flooding. People’s lives are turned upside down. Right now I think folks are pretty much just trying to get by, but soon it will be rebuilding time. 

I’m trying to raise some money for the Craft Emergency Relief Fund, who will be helping craft artists rebuild after the flood. CERF+ has been helping craft artists get back on their feet after natural disasters for years, but the scale of this destruction will stretch their grant abilities to the limit. Lets give them a boost!
